<h1 class="wp-block-heading">张华平教授牵头获国家科技进步奖！</h1>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">7月8日上午10:30，2026年度国家科学技术奖励大会隆重举行。由我校张华平教授牵头，携付莹教授、张宝华博士、黄咏仪博士共同完成的“风险智能识别处置关键技术与装备”成果，荣获国家科技进步二等奖。</p>



<p class="wp-block-paragraph">张华平教授作为第一完成人出席大会，并作为授奖代表登台接受党和国家领导人颁奖。</p>

<p>张华平，北京理工大学特聘教授，国家级领军人才（教育部人才重大工程获得者），博士生导师，人工智能学院&amp;计算机学院副院长，数字化与智算技术中心副主任，全国工业和信息化系统先进工作者，新疆天池英才，NLPIR实验室主任，知名汉语分词系统ICTCLAS创始人，中国人工智能学会理事，<a href="http://www.imlip.org">多语种智能信息处理专业委员会</a>主任，中国计算机学会杰出会员，<a href="https://baike.baidu.com/item/%E4%BF%A1%E6%81%AF%E7%A4%BE%E4%BC%9A50%E4%BA%BA%E8%AE%BA%E5%9D%9B/19191893">信息社会50人论坛</a>成员，全国社会舆情分析论坛主席，新疆大学兼职博导；《Journal of Big Data》副主编，《Data Intelligence》《智能系统学报》《人工智能》《应用科技》编委；教育部学位中心博士学位论文、多个顶会顶刊评审专家。研究方向为：多语种智能信息处理、大数据搜索与挖掘、自然语言处理、情报挖掘分析。张华平作为课题组长主持开发了国家自然科学基金、创新特区课题、基础加强重点课题等国家级科研课题几十余项，牵头获得国家科技进步奖二等奖（序1）、国家保密科技奖一等奖（序1），国防科技进步奖二等奖2项（序1）在内的科技奖7项。出版《大数据智能分析》、《自然语言处理与应用》等专著6部。发表ACL、ICML、IJCAI、KDD等顶级论文百余篇。所研制的NLPIR/ICTCLAS语义分析系统是中文自然语言处理领域引用最多的成果（国内外引用近3万次）。</p>
